While TheCareerWheels helps families understand the problem clearly, PinkNBlue conducts scientifically validated psychometric career assessments and counselling sessions to interpret the student’s aptitude, interests and learning patterns. The objective is not to suggest a random career, but to help the student choose a direction that is suitable, sustainable and psychologically comfortable.

The counselling sessions are conducted by Uttio Putatunda, Career Guidance Professional and founder of TheCareerWheels.

He works directly with students and parents to understand confusion around subjects, stream selection, career choices, motivation and academic pressure. The counselling approach focuses on clarity first — not forcing a career option, but identifying whether the challenge is interest mismatch, ability mismatch, study habits, or external expectations.

The psychometric assessment report is always explained in a discussion with both parent and student so that the results can be understood and practically applied.
